I cannot praise enough the experience I had when you/DeLuca  Builders undertook the task of finishing my basement.  After having just finished with the building of my new home, and the challenges that I faced with that, the basement was a joy.

Your close involvement in the supervision of all the sub contractors, to the almost daily inspections, made for a trouble free undertaking on my part. The sub contractors were all very courteous and very accommodating.   Not only was the basement process done on time, but the changes  you suggested during the process to the betterment of the project, were much appreciated. The completed project exceeded my expectations. 

I also very much appreciated the extra work you did for me in my new home.  They were done with expertise and care.  Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I would highly recommend you and your company to anyone.  I would be delighted to be a reference for you if you are ever in need of one.

Looking to buy a home can be one of the most stressful processes.  Working with Nick Deluca made this process easier.  He was pleasant, professional and someone we felt we could trust.  Both my fiancé and I enjoyed working with him and would look to work with Nick in the future if we were again in the house market. Nick was a delight to work with.
